TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED™ is the completely revised new edition of the book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER™, which has been out of print for years, and is being released after the end of the ten-year statute of limitations. Compared to its predecessor, TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED™ covers the years 2011 and 2012 with 176 additional pages, more than 200 unseen pieces, and over 60 new texts.

Police Chief Inspector Dimpfelmoser of the Graffiti Investigation Group explains:

"Between 2007 and 2010, the accused MOSES and TAPS swapped their pseudonyms. With the help of an unknown number of other perpetrators, they defaced 1000 passenger coaches with graffiti art over a period of 1000 days. In May 2011, they published their actions in the illustrated book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER.

However, since no evidence of culpability could be derived from the book, the related investigative proceedings had to be finally closed after ten years due to the statute of limitations taking effect in accordance with § 78 StGB.

After the expiration of the statute of limitations, MOSES & TAPS now fully admit all allegations of the proceedings in words and pictures with the book TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED. Furthermore, the suspects supplement the allegations with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of the acts. In addition, several hundred previously unknown graffiti offenses, especially from 2011 and 2012, are documented."
